Due to COVID-19 we ensure that our customers are safe. When packaging we ensure to sanitize and wear PPE when handling packages. At this time, we are not accepting exchanges. Refunds will be determined case by case. Expect delays in shipment due to COVID-19 by postal services. Silveristic Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, on damaged packages.
